Paul rejoined ACS after a brief hiatus in 2015. Having previously worked in our Dubai office for almost three years, he opened our first office in Australia, in Sydney. Since then, under Paul's leadership, the Sydney office has flourished and we have expanded our presence across Australia, opening a second office in Brisbane, which has also gone from strength to strength since its opening.

With over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, Melissa joined ACS as Charter Sales Director, Brisbane to help grow the office and our presence in Australia. Having worked in both commercial and charter roles before, she brought with her a wealth of specialist knowledge which has been instrumental in furthering our growth in the region.

Stephen joined ACS back in 2006, in the Cargo department of our London HQ before transferring to our office in Hong Kong in 2008. He continued to thrive in Cargo, becoming the Cargo Sales Director in 2011, before he stepped up to Managing Director in 2012, and then Regional Director of APAC in 2015. Now, after almost 10 years in the role, and overseeing ACS grow to become the largest charter broker in the APAC region, he's taken on a new role as CEO of our new Perth office, with a view of making ACS the largest charter broker in this region also. Stephen brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his new role.
